Project Manager (AI Projects)

Your responsibilities, The PM leads architecture discussions, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go decisions -not just overall coordination, Leading projects related to AI agents (e.g., customer service, operations support, process automation) as well as data/ML initiatives in a logistics environment, Translating business needs (operations, sales, customer service, IT) into concrete roadmaps, requirements, and a product backlog, Defining goals, KPIs, and success metrics for AI solutions (e.g., reduction in handling time, improvement of delivery SLA, contact automation, operational savings), Planning and coordinating the work of teams: automation engineers, software engineers, analysts, testers, and logistics domain experts, Managing the entire project lifecycle: discovery, PoC/MVP, pilot, scaling, maintenance, and continuous optimization, Managing risks in AI projects (data availability and quality, model complexity, integrations, business-side changes), Structured communication with stakeholders: statuses, decisions, priorities, presenting results and recommendations at the business level, Co-creating standards for running AI/ML projects within the organization (processes, artifacts, best practices), Close collaboration with logistics process owners in defining use cases, A/B tests, and rollouts What we offer, Salary: 18000-22000 net/B2B (depends on experience), Participation in AI projects at one of the largest logistics players in Europe, with real impact on operations and the experience of millions of users, Opportunity to work on modern solutions (LLMs, AI agents, data/ML) in close collaboration with business stakeholders, Real influence on shaping the AI project delivery process and standards within the organization, Work-life balance: flexible hours and a hybrid service delivery model - we come into the office in Warsaw twice a week, Annual evaluation meetings, A friendly Buddy to guide you through the onboarding, further training, and career opportunities, Training possibilities for personal development after completing the onboarding period (3 months), Space to implement your own ideas, An open and casual company culture filled with internal events (Yearly event, Christmas party), The opportunity to quickly develop professionally on projects in Europe and all over the world, Employee Referral Program
