Machine Learning Engineer (Relocation to Cyprus)

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will develop new ML models and collaborate with the Dealing, Business Analysts and our BI Experts. Responsibilities: Develop and deploy machine learning models for trader profiling and other business applicationsCollect, clean, and preprocess large datasets, applying feature engineering and transformation techniquesMonitor model performance in production and retrain models as neededIntegrate models into operational systems, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align model development with business needsContinuously optimize models and stay current with the latest advancements in ML research Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying models in productionStrong understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theoryProficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn)Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., Airflow, MLflow, DVC), containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)Experience with SQL, including complex queries, analytic functions, and querying large datasets.Familiarity with model monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with version control and CI/CD practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsA self-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently to solve problems and develop solutionsExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal Interview steps Recruiter screen (30 minutes)Technical Interview (1 hour)Test taskTechnical Interview (1 hour)Final Interview with manager (30 minutes) Our benefits Excellent compensation packageMedical insuranceProvident fundIn-house gym with a personal trainerFree daily lunch catering, snacks, and beveragesCompany discount card for various products & services21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annuallyShuttle bus service from LimassolBirthday giftRelocation bonus and visa/work permit support
