Content & Growth Manager (Social Media + AI Content) cross-border eCommerce

This role combines strategy, execution, and accountability for results, with a strong focus on international markets (EU/UK)., Build and execute a content strategy for a B2B brand (cross-border eCommerce: returns, delivery, operations), Create long-form content (blog articles) and repurpose it into high-impact social media content (primarily LinkedIn), Own the full content funnel: blog → distribution → social → engagement → lead generation, Ensure all content is: written in English, optimized for SEO and AI search (LLM visibility), designed to convert (not just inform), Develop communication that is: intriguing, thought-provoking, occasionally controversial, always professional and grounded in real business insight, Understand and consistently apply our unique tone of voice — distinct from typical “safe” B2B brands, Use AI and supporting tools to scale content production: text generation (high-quality, non-generic), visual creation aligned with brand communication, Independently create content concepts, formats, and narratives, Analyze performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and continuously optimize, Work with data and report in numbers: performance metrics, trend analysis, actionable recommendations, Report directly to management on results and strategic direction, Collaborate with: PR agency, webinar and YouTube content teams, Co-develop and scale the shopreturns portal as a core content platform To oferujemy, Base salary + performance-based commission (clear KPIs and targets), Direct impact on building and scaling a new international brand Shopreturns, High level of ownership, autonomy, and decision-making, Direct collaboration with the person leading and managing the brands, Opportunity to contribute to additional projects such as: event organization, co-creating webinars, conducting interviews
