AI Product Manager (In-house)

## About the project - Join our dynamic global Data & AI department as AI Product Manager AI! This role places you at the forefront of AI innovation in a global consulting environment, where you will transform Generative AI products into daily productivity boosts for over 2000 employees. Your work will directly influence senior leadership decisions and shape concrete roadmaps for the future of AI at Simon-Kucher. ## This is how we work - in house ## Your responsibilities - Prioritize, launch, and scale new Agentic AI features of internal AI SaaS products for more than 2,000 users based on impact, effort, and risk. - Collaborate with and consult stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, recommend enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices. - Oversee configuration and maintenance of various software-as-service applications related to GenAI, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve KPIs related to user adoption and system usage. - Liaise with software vendors for support, updates, and product roadmaps and evaluate new product features based on usability, business impact, costs, and risk. - Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving application-related issues, - Set up FinOps reporting for SaaS solutions to keep consumption-based costs of solutions in line with business needs. - Champion internal adoption through strategic communication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives and partner with AI Change Champions to drive effective training and change management. - You bring 2–5+ years of experience in managing software solutions, with a focus on Analytics, SaaS or AI-based solutions. - You are skilled at translating technical AI concepts into measurable business impact for diverse, non-technical audiences. - You ideally have hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot. - You are familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to AI and data privacy. - You possess strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities. - You have experience with SaaS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies. - You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English: with a fluency level of C1 or above - You are able to work from our Warsaw office at least once per week. - You hold a university degree and have a background in consulting, professional services or startup environment. ## What we offer - A stable employment contract (please note that we do not offer B2B contracts). - Private medical insurance in the highest package fully paid by the employer (VIP Allianz). - Multisport card fully financed by the employer. - Annual bonus (dependent on the evaluation). - Employee referral program. - Remote work subsidy of €500 to start, then monthly bonus for utilities. - International Travel Safety card. - Access to LinkedIn Learning and Headspace. - Employee Assistance Program (EAP). - Microsoft Workplace Discount Program. - Access to an online platform offering exclusive discounts and special offers from well-known brands. - Birthday book for the employee. - Internal Learning&Development Department with more than 5 000 different training courses. - Our office is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend to work and enjoy their company throughout the day! - Extended Business Travel Option - opportunity to extend your business trips and stay a little longer to explore some of Europe’s most exciting cities. ## Benefits - sharing the costs of sports activities - private medical care - sharing the costs of professional training & courses - flexible working time - integration events - mobile phone available for private use - computer available for private use - parking space for employees - extra social benefits - sharing the costs of tickets to the movies, theater - holiday funds - employee referral program ## Recruitment stages - Meeting with Recruiter (online) - Meeting with Head of Data&AI - Case study meeting - Meeting with the CTO ## Please remember to submit your application in English. - Other applications will not be considered.
